Images of a cheetah chasing its prey at an immense speed and a tiger mauling the bark of a tree are taken with a brilliance that can belong to only an ace photographer. But Dr.M.P.Somaprasad is not just a wildlife photographer. He is a medical doctor by qualification, a wildlife photographer by passion, a film producer by desire and a businessman by necessity. Time is luxury, and, when he does manage to steal some time, he allows his inspiration for nature and wildlife to get the better of him

 

 

 

 

Meena Das Narayan exhibited her works of art entitled ‘Haveli’ depicting the ‘Four Seasons in an Indian Palace’ recently. With this exhibition, the artist recreates the myriad moods of women over the ages within the ambience of the Indian palaces of yore. In moods that vary from the meditative to the romantic, melancholic, and passionate. The connecting link between them being the varying hues of the four seasons. The 16 works of art come in panels of four: Spring, Summer, Monsoon &
Winter. Meena is also a journalist, writer and director of documentaries and is based in Dubai with her family
